扣人心弦的优美旋律：Soul Meets Body（灵魂遇见身体）！！

来自华盛顿柏林汉姆的四人Indie Pop乐团Death Cab for Cutie成立于1997年，乐队的名字来自英国六十年代末著名迷幻乐队The Bonzo Dog Band的处女作专辑《Gorilla》里的一首歌的名字，他们不愿对此解释过多，只说去听听那首歌就知道了。凭借着乐队的第五张专辑“Plan”在主流市场上大受好评，这对于一支独立乐队来说成绩是十分骄人的。Death Cab for Cutie以扣人心弦的优美旋律、简单柔顺的生活写照虏获了歌迷的心。单曲Soul Meets Body 就是这样的一首代表作：清爽宜人的主歌弥漫着慵懒的气息，民谣曲风在电子碎拍的催发下轻快光明，可爱而又动人。
